When you are to apply within the mentioned and other areas, the process may seem confusing. For example, to complete application forms, contact relevant authorities – or quite simply to understand the rules and guidelines. The encounter with Danish bureaucracy can present many challenges especially if you have never tried it before.

When you purchase a case processing service, this will include:
- One meeting, either by phone or physically, with a legal advisor where you review the case.
- Answers to questions in connection with the completing and submission of the application.
- The legal advisor will review the application and ensure that it is completed correctly.
- Review of all relevant documentation that must be attached to the application.
- The legal advisor can represent you in communication with the Danish authorities and ensure understandable communication.
- Keeping of all deadlines during and possibly after the authority’s case processing and decision.

Please be aware that a case processing fee needs to be paid for some applications to the Danish authorities when submitting an application. The fee is paid separately to the authority.
You want help for your application – what do you do?
Complete the contact form for the application which you would like help with. Our in-house legal advisors will then assess whether we can help you. However, in most instances there may be special cases that are so complicated that they require legal specialist knowledge which we cannot offer. We will let you know within a few weeks, and if the answer is positive, you will receive a link to our web shop. Once we have received your payment, the case processing will begin.
We start with a meeting, either by telephone or at our office, between you and the lawyer where you review the case together and you have the opportunity to ask questions. You will also be given the relevant application form and a guide with the lawyer’s best advice on how to fill out and submit the application.
When you have completed the application and gathered the relevant documentation, you send it to the lawyer via our secure email system, which guarantees a secure sending and storage of your documents.
The lawyer reviews your application and documentation to ensure that everything is completed correctly. Depending on the type of case the application regards, the lawyer either submits the application for you or guides you on how to submit it yourself to a Danish authority or Danish representation abroad.
Once the authorities have completed the processing of your application, depending on the type of case you will receive the decision directly or have it passed on by the lawyer. For applications for family reunification, we then help to keep a check of deadlines for the passed language test.
It is important to emphasize that Danes Worldwide cannot guarantee the desired outcome of the application.
