What is included?
The registration fee covers lessons, activities, room and board, excursions, any entry fees for e.g. museums, and a DKK 200 prepayment for items ”purchased” without cash from the tuck shop (fruit, sweets, and soda).
The amount does not cover transport to/from the schools upon arrival and departure.
Should you wish to obtain an English-language receipt or documentation for a refund, you may purchase one in our webshop.
Allocation of spaces
Spaces at Summer School are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Members have priority. If you sign up at the member fee, your membership must be valid for the duration of Summer School.
How do I register?
You may register in the webshop (where you may in addition pay your membership fee).
Please note: Members of Danes Worldwide must log in with the membership number before making a payment for Summer School. Not being logged in will cause problems later on.
The registration fee of DKK 1,500 is part of the total price for the Summer School and must be paid before the registration is valid.
Payment
A payment on account of DKK 9,500 must be paid no later than 14 days after the student has been admitted. The admission will be confirmed per mail.
A balance payment of DKK 9,500 must be paid no later than 14 February 2023.
Cancellations
We ask that you cancel as soon as you know you need to do so. Registration fee will not be refunded.
In the case of cancellations made after 31 January 2023, a refund is made only if the space is sold to another student.
