All prices are DKK and include VAT of 25 %.


We accept Dankort, VisaDankort, e-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron. When ordering, you will be asked to enter your card number, the expiry date, and the security code.



QuickPay, our payment system provider, uses the SSL security protocol. It encrypts information transmitted from an internet browser (the card holder) to an internet server (the seller). As a result, the information transmitted when you pay with your card is protected as it is transmitted from your computer to Danes Worldwide. SSL is a widely respected method of encryption for online purchases, and it is regarded as extremely secure. The process of transacting a purchase using SSL is illustrated at www.pbs-international.dk.

Confidential Information

Your information – name, address, and email address – is transmitted to us in encrypted form, as shown by the image of a padlock at the bottom right hand side of the page. Once you have issued an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We keep the order data for 2 years to ensure our ability to process any claims.

We deliver physical products via SwissPost and Porto Partner at no additional charge.

Order Confirmation

When you purchase a product online, we will immediate issue an order confirmation to your email address. It will contain the order number, the name and address of the payor, the payment method, a delivery address if relevant, and a listing of the products ordered.


The last step in the purchase process is the issuance of a receipt for payment. We recommend that you print it out immediately as it must be presented in the event of a return or a claim.


You may return your Summer School purchase within 14 days.


As of the date of receipt of your purchased product, you are entitled to a 2-year claims period according to relevant legislation. Vandalism, misuse and other inappropriate use invalidate the right to make a claim. Claims regarding defects and damage must be reported to Danes Worldwide within a reasonable amount of time after the defect or damage was discovered or should have been discovered. You must provide a description of the defect or damage.

Shipment of Returns

Items being returned for refund or exchange should be mailed to the address shown at the bottom of this page under the heading “Company Information”.

Your order and purchase via danes.dk are transacted in Danish and are subject to Danish legislation including the legislation pertaining to certain types of consumer agreements (door to door selling, distance sales, and service subscriptions) commonly referred to as the doorstep sales law.


We are not liable for printing errors, misstated prices, changes in VAT/taxes and supply shortages. Any special offers are valid until supply is exhausted.
