About Novo Nordisk?

Novo Nordisk is a global company established in Denmark in 1923. The primary focus of the company is medicine and medications with a special attention on research and development in obesity and diabetes. The company produces about 50% of all insulin in the world and distributes its products to 169 different countries.

Novo Nordisk employs more than 45.000 people in 80 different offices around the globe.

On our virtual business trip, we will meet two employees who will tell us about the work life and how it feels to be a part of a big, global company who has to navigate an ever-changing world.

There will be time to ask questions and get answers to some of the questions you might have picked up along the tour.

Program

• 15.00 – Welcome /Maiken Friis, Members Coordinator in Danes Worldwide
• 15:05 – Presentation of the early career programs in Novo Nordisk and what opportunities there are for students and fresh graduates /Ioana Andriescu, trainee in the department of Talent Attraction
• 15:15: Presentation of being an employee at Novo, the international working environment, sustainability and new technology/ Two young representatives
• 15:45: Q&A session
• 16:00: End of virtual visit

Target group

The virtual company visit is for all young people (age 18 to 30). You do not have to be a member of Danes Worldwide to participate.
