Family Summer School – registration and prices

No, it is not necessary to be a member. But members can buy the stay at a reduced price, which is lower, even when you include the price of a membership. And of course you also get all the many member benefits. A membership includes the whole family. Read more

If you buy a stay at the Summer School at a membership price, it is important that your membership is valid during the stay itself.

You do that in our webshop . There is also the option to buy a membership here.

Note: If you are a member of Danes Worldwide, it is very important that you log in with your membership number before paying. If you are not logged in, problems will occur later in the process.

The registration fee is part of the total price for the Summer School and must be paid before the registration is valid.

The payment for the Summer School consists of a registration fee and a participation fee. You can choose to pay the participation fee in one or two instalments:

• A. Registration fee + B. Advance payment + C. Remaining payment
  or
• A. Registration fee + D. Advance payment and balance payment

The amount includes tuition, activities, board and lodging, excursions, any entrance fees and DKK 200 for the school’s cashless kiosk, where students can “buy” fruit, sweets and soft drinks.

The amount does not cover transport to/from the schools upon arrival and completion.

Cancellation must be done as soon as possible. The registration fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel later than January 31, you will only receive a refund of the deposit and balance if we can reserve the spot for another student.
