Prior to 2015, the Danish government did not permit dual citizenship. Danes who became citizens of other countries automatically forfeited their Danish citizenship.
The Ministry of Health has announced that “Danish expats who are staying temporarily in Denmark are entitled to a free vaccination against covid-19 even though they do not have health insurance in Denmark”
Danes Worldwide requests that Parliament urge health authorities in Denmark to include all Danish citizens – whether they live in Denmark or not – in Denmark’s vaccination program in an effort to contribute to the eventual resolution of the corona pandemic.
